Delicious Dining Experience

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The staff really stood out, especially Marvin and Brianna, who made us feel welcome and at home. However, our issues with room readiness, housekeeping, and poor service during our stay left me disappointed. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions, but I can't say I would return after this experience.

The Hilton Chicago is a stunning hotel with beautiful architecture and a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained and offer a great view of Lake Michigan, and the level of service from the staff is truly exceptional. On the downside, parking can be quite expensive nearby. Overall, it's a great spot for both leisure and business stays.
